The RoboCup German Open - open to national and international teams - will take place again in 2024. The event will take place at Messe Kassel from April 17 to 21, 2024 (Major from April 17 to 20, Junior final tournament from April 18 to 21). 700-800 active participants are expected. We want to attract national attention with a strong media presence. The event also attracts many visitors every year, including students interested in technology, robotics and AI.

Public transportation: Messe Kassel is easily accessible via local bus and train connections. You can find up-to-date information on connections and any increases in transport services at the weekend at nvv.de.

Whether you want to compete in the OnStage, Rescue or Soccer League, there is something for every young talent. The Junior League offers the perfect introduction for children and young people up to the age of 19. The final of the best German Junior teams, which qualify from 8 previous decentralized Junior tournaments for participation in Kassel, will take place from April 18 to 21, 2024. Teams from universities, colleges and companies will compete against each other with their robotic systems in several leagues in four categories: autonomous soccer-playing robot teams (RoboCupSoccer), service robots in the home (RoboCup@Home), robots to support civil rescue services (RoboCupRescue) and in future production environments (RoboCupIndustrial).The big tournament will take place from April 17 to 20, 2024.
